The $1.4 billion, Las Vegas-based One Nevada Credit Union announced five promotions.

Tom Ernsperger, formerly EVP/chief lending officer, was promoted to EVP/COO. In his new role, he oversees the credit union's retail branch network, contact center, marketing, consumer, mortgage and business lending, as well as the credit union's member investment and insurance areas.

Mo Nemati, formerly vice president of lending, was promoted to SVP of lending.

Ana Marquez, formerly assistant vice president of retail operations, was promoted to vice president of member experience. In this newly-created position, Marquez will support strategic enhancements across all member service channels.

Jennifer Chambers, formerly director of retail operations (contact center), was promoted to assistant vice president of retail operations (contact center).

The $704 million, Dupont, Wash.-based America's Credit Union promoted Sean Agustin to chief experience officer. In this expanded role, he will lead enterprise experience strategy across operations, sales, marketing and service delivery to support ACU's growth and member focus.
Agustin will also align people, process and performance across all member facing channels, prioritizing simple and consistent experiences that build trust, deepen relationships and empower employees to deliver strong results. Agustin began his banking career at age 17 at a community bank while studying mechanical engineering and has more than 19 years of experience in commercial banking and financial services. His career includes leadership roles spanning frontline service, new accounts, business development and commercial lending across community banks and large financial institutions. He most recently served as SVP of revenue and commercial operations at ACU.

The $3.4 billion, Muskego, Wis.-based Corporate Central Credit Union promoted Hunter Cliffgard from investment assistant to investment analyst. In his new role, Cliffgard will support Corporate Central's investment strategy and departmental objectives by performing and evaluating credit, asset-liability management (ALM), risk, liquidity, investment, economic, market and sector analyses for Corporate Central. He will also support compliance efforts, determine member account parameters and pricing, assist with investment and loan products, and provide support for the organization's member security safekeeping program. Cliffgard joined Corporate Central as an investment assistant intern in May 2023 and was promoted to investment assistant in June 2024. He completed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and is FiCEP certified through Americas Credit Unions.

Sarah Bach, vice president of business and community development at the $723 million, Dublin, Ohio-based BMI Federal Credit Union, was named the 2025 Veteran Champion of the Year by the Westerville Chamber of Commerce. This award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional advocacy, leadership and lasting contributions in support of veterans, military families and survivors throughout the Greater Westerville, Ohio community. Through her role at BMI FCU, Bach has spent more than a decade championing initiatives that honor service members. She leads the BMI Federal Credit Union Scholarship Golf Open, an annual event providing educational scholarships for the families of fallen and disabled service members. She also serves as a board member for Fallen 15.

Lindsey Kelly

The Virginia Credit Union Association, a subsidiary of The League of Credit Unions, recognized Lindsey Kelly, vice president of legal and compliance for Langley Federal Credit Union ($5.6 billion, Newport News, Va.), as the 2025 Advocate of the Year during the Virginia Advocacy Summit. The Advocate of the Year Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to advocacy efforts by promoting and protecting the credit union mission at the state and national levels. Kelly's accomplishments have included serving as the inaugural Virginia Advocacy Chair and providing early support for the Summit's VACUPAC event.
