Anna Laquintano

Anna Laquintano, membership marketing coordinator for the $5.1 billion, Philadelphia-based American Heritage Credit Union, was selected as a finalist for the CrossState Credit Union Association's annual Credit Union Ambassador Contest. The contest provides an "opportunity to advance the careers of credit union professionals ages 21 and up and provide a platform to move their credit union forward." As part of the contest's third phase, Laquintano will present a project she has completed, as well as its results and findings, at the CrossState Connect Annual Convention in May in Atlantic City, N.J. Financial wellness was the focus of Laquintano's project, which aims to highlight ways in which members can foster stronger financial habits and manage their finances with confidence. Laquintano began her career in October 2021 with American Heritage, starting in the Contact Center, where she was promoted to member advisor supervisor after one year. She moved into the marketing department in April 2023, serving as field marketing specialist. In her current role, she oversees the progress for all of marketing's various projects, as well as fielding requests from other departments.

The $3.2 billion, Appleton, Wis.-based Fox Communities Credit Union announced six promotions.

These six team members began their journeys at Fox as senior branch operations managers, when they were responsible not only for leading their individual branches and supporting daily member needs, but also for driving cross-functional projects and contributing to committees across Fox. Their new roles reflect Fox's redefinition of expectations and introduction of a new leadership model that asked them to dive deeper into branch operations, engage more meaningfully with teams and lead a hub of branches.

VENDORS

The Dallas, Texas-based financial advisory services firm ALM First hired Dale Klein as senior director, CPST policy and regulation. Klein most recently served as acting director and senior capital markets specialist, Capital Markets division for the NCUA. In addition to his 14-plus years of experience serving in various roles at the NCUA, Klein spent 12 years working for the Federal Reserve System as both a lead examiner, and senior policy and financial analyst. In his new role, Klein will serve as a senior advisor to ALM First clients and internal teams, shaping the firm's capital planning and stress testing (CPST) and capital markets advisory offerings, with a focus on interest rate and liquidity risk, and supporting the continued evolution of its analytical tools. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Iowa.

CRIF Select, a provider of credit risk, decisioning and indirect lending solutions for financial institutions, hired Robert Christini as SVP of sales. Christini brings extensive leadership experience, having most recently served as senior director of lender solutions sales at Cox Automotive. In his new role, he will lead CRIF Select's sales organization as the company continues expanding its footprint across credit unions, banks, captives and auto finance organizations.
