The $7.9 billion, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.-based Hudson Valley Credit Union announced three promotions and one new hire.
Daniel Brauer was promoted to vice president, director of real estate lending operations. In his new role, he leads the Real Estate Lending mortgage loan processing, underwriting, closing, secondary market, and servicing teams and activities while ensuring delivery of excellent member service. In addition, he's accountable for loan quality, operational excellence, budget management controls and regulatory compliance.

Kristine Coleman-Jelinek was promoted to vice president, director loan servicing and administrative. In her new role, Coleman-Jelinek is accountable for loan servicing quality, operational excellence, budget management controls, regulatory compliance, reporting and supporting the credit union mission, vision and goals through oversight of the Servicing and Administrative Department.

Leann O'Brien was promoted to vice president, director of consumer lending operations. In her new role, O'Brien is responsible for the effective management of the Consumer Lending Department consisting of underwriters, processors, business partners and member service. In addition, she is accountable for quality control, efficiencies, budget management and all cooperative goals and objectives for Consumer Lending.

Jeremy Wilson was hired as vice president, director of Small Business Administration (SBA). In his new role, Wilson provides leadership for HVCU's SBA operational framework and serves as the principal SBA authority, designing, governing and enhancing policies, procedures and controls. He most recently served as national SBA product manager at Bank of America, where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the SBA product and program, including Sales, Credit and Risk.

The $157 million, Sioux City, Iowa-based Telco Triad Community Credit Union hired Sarah Ivers as real estate loan officer. Ivers brings more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience, having most recently served as a mortgage loan officer at a financial institution in Le Mars, Iowa, where she worked for two years. She is a veteran of the Army National Guard and currently serves on the Board for the United Way in Le Mars. In her new role, Ivers will be the primary contact for all mortgage loans, offering members trusted guidance and personalized support as they pursue their homeownership goals.

The $3.1 billion, Muskego, Wis.-based Corporate Central Credit Union announced a leadership transition on its board of directors.

Longtime volunteer Director Jay Magulski has retired after years of dedicated service on Corporate Central's board.

Vikram (Vic) Israni, CEO of GreenState Credit Union ($10.8 billion, North Liberty, Iowa) was appointed as a director at the December board meeting and will officially begin his service at the January board meeting. He previously served as an associate director. Israni has more than 25 years of financial services experience, having served as CEO of GreenState since February 2024 and previously holding the role of CFO at Wings Credit Union ($9.3 billion, Apple Valley, Minn.). His career has also included leadership roles at Bank of America and ATB Financial. Israni holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management – Thunderbird in Phoenix and was recently featured in IOWA 500, a publication highlighting leaders shaping Iowa's economy. He currently serves on the board of the Upper Midwest Automated Clearing House Association and previously served on the boards of the National Automated Clearing House Association and CUNA (now America's Credit Unions) CFO Committee Council.
