Affiliates Management Co., the holding company of the Iowa Credit Union League, has added the Des Moines-based B2E Data Marketing to its portfolio through a recent acquisition finalized Jan. 1. Company officials said the move will expand AMC’s data and analytics capabilities, giving credit unions and other clients new tools to better connect with members and support growth. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
“This acquisition represents a meaningful investment in the capabilities credit unions need to grow and deepen member relationships,” Murray Williams, AMC CEO and Iowa Credit Union League president/CEO, said in a prepared statement. “B2E brings practical, data-driven expertise that complements our mission-focused family of companies and strengthens our ability to support credit unions as consumer expectations and competition continue to evolve.”
The addition of B2E brings new analytics and marketing capabilities to AMC, expanding the services it can offer directly to credit unions. The combined expertise is expected to help credit unions better identify and engage key audiences, personalize outreach and improve marketing performance.
“This partnership allows us to expand our impact, invest further in our platform and team, and deliver even greater value to credit unions while maintaining the high level of service our clients expect,” B2E CEO and founder Keith Snow said in a prepared statement.
B2E will continue operating with its current leadership and staff, with Snow remaining at the helm. The company will maintain its Des Moines headquarters.
