Millennium Corporate Credit Union has appointed Haley DaVee as its next president/CEO, marking a leadership transition at the Wichita, Kan.-based corporate credit union serving nearly 300 member institutions.
DaVee was selected following a national search and brings almost 20 years of senior leadership experience across the credit union movement.
Most recently, she served as COO of Plexcity, where she oversaw strategy, operations and client experience for credit unions, leagues and CUSOs nationwide. During her tenure, Plexcity experienced notable revenue and client growth driven by disciplined strategy and technology-enabled efficiencies.
Millennium Corporate Board Chair Mike Augustine said DaVee distinguished herself through both her industry experience and reputation for building strong relationships across the cooperative system. The board expressed confidence in her ability to lead and grow the corporate credit union well into the future.
Prior to Plexcity, DaVee served as EVP of the Heartland Credit Union Association, providing senior leadership in strategy, advocacy and operations. She holds the Certified Association Executive designation and earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science from Kansas State University.

As president/CEO, DaVee will work closely with Millennium Corporate’s board, staff, regulators and member credit unions to advance strategic priorities while preserving the organization’s strong financial foundation. Millennium Corporate manages more than $2 billion in assets and provides liquidity, investment, payments and correspondent services to credit unions across the Midwest and beyond.
