The $600 million, Albany, Ore.-based Central Willamette Credit Union hired Cedric Bousquet as CFO. Bousquet brings more than two decades of industry experience to his new role, having most recently served as SVP, capital planning and modeling director for Umpqua Bank in Portland, Ore. An American-French dual citizen, Bousquet earned his master of science in management and finance from Eklore-ed / Pau Business School in France, and a Certificate in Finance from the UC Berkeley Extension Program. Throughout his career, Bousquet has also served in various roles for Bank of the West and as an international auditor for French bank Societe Generale. He also serves as president for the Metro H.S. Ski League and as a board member for the Oregon Interscholastic Ski Racing Association and Gales Creek Camp.

Chad Maze, EVP and COO for the $2.1 billion, San Jose, Calif.-based Meriwest Credit Union, was selected as the 2025 C-Suite COO Award winner by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Kevin Cannava II

The $372 million, Kensington, Md.-based Signal Financial Federal Credit Union hired Kevin Cannava II as vice president of member experience and retail banking. Cannava brings over 18 years of leadership experience in retail banking and member engagement, as well as expertise in sales and service strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and development of scalable programs that enhance member satisfaction and organizational performance. He previously held senior roles at Apple Federal Credit Union ($5.3 billion, Fairfax, Va.), Northwest Federal Credit Union ($4.4 billion, Herndon, Va.), Capital One Bank and more. Cannava has completed advanced leadership and sales certification programs, including the Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL) designation through the National Association of Sales Professionals. He is also a certified facilitator of The Member Advantage of Integrity Selling (TMA) program and holds multiple leadership and coaching credentials, including coaching, management, training, consumer lending and mortgage originating certificates.

MIDWEST

Kyle Hartley

The $878 million, Midland, Mich.-based Members First Credit Union (M1) promoted Kyle Hartley to vice president of strategy. Hartley has 15 years of financial services experience, 14 of which have been spent at M1. In his new role, he will lead strategic development and execution across the organization, guiding project management, data intelligence, innovation initiatives, process improvement and enterprise-wide strategic alignment. His focus will be on ensuring that organizational resources are utilized effectively and measurable results are achieved to further strengthen M1’s vision, culture and member experience. Hartley is a Certified Credit Union Executive through America’s Credit Unions, holds a Change Management Professional certification from Michigan State University and has completed the Cultivating Process Improvement program through C-Myers.

SOUTH

Sandy Milton, COO for the $385 million, Winston Salem, N.C.-based Piedmont Advantage Credit Union, was selected as a 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient by the Carolinas Credit Union Foundation. Milton, who has been in the credit union movement for more than four decades, will accept the award on Feb. 11, 2026, at the Foundation’s Annual Awards Gala in Concord, N.C. Milton was named COO in 2024 following 11 years of service to Piedmont Advantage. In this role, she leads the credit union’s service strategy, branch network, call center, eCommerce, business intelligence, administrative support and facilities.

The $1.1 billion, Summerville, S.C.-based REV Federal Credit Union hired Brandon M. White as vice president of enterprise risk management. A licensed attorney, White brings more than a decade of experience in legal counsel, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk across law firms and Big Four consulting. He has managed AML, sanctions and regulatory remediation for large, regulated institutions. In a previous role at PwC, he led cyber and regulatory engagements for financial-services clients, including enterprise and fraud risk assessments, controls reviews for digital payment platforms and privacy program implementation. In his new role, White will lead REV’s enterprise risk program, oversee risk and control assessments, coordinate remediation activities, and partner with business leaders to support member protection and strategic growth.

Finastra, a global provider of financial services software applications, announced three new hires.

Ali Khan was hired as chief data officer. Khan brings more than 25 years of experience across data, AI and platform architecture, as well as deep expertise in building and scaling data platforms in highly regulated industries. He previously served as an executive for Experian.
In his new role, Khan leads Finastra’s global data organization and data-driven strategy, ensuring Finastra’s customers can unlock new value from their data while meeting the highest standards of compliance and innovation.

Matthew McCormack was hired as chief information security officer. McCormack brings over 25 years of experience leading security operations at scale, having previously served at BNY. In his new role, he oversees Finastra’s security strategy and frameworks, fortifying the company’s enterprise ecosystem and safeguarding sensitive financial data. In addition, he will continue to champion industry-leading practices that protect customers and promote resilience in an increasingly complex threat environment.

Sanjay Jain was hired as chief information officer. Jain brings over 25 years of experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure and transformation initiatives, as well as an ability to streamline infrastructure through automation and scale global teams across strategic programs. He previously served at Honeywell. In his new role, Jain will ensure Finastra remains at the forefront of modern enterprise IT.
