The $6.5 billion, Pasadena, Calif.-based Wescom Financial hired Albert Chang as vice president of marketing. In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing Wescom’s marketing, advertising and public relations strategy and implementation, guiding the organization’s efforts to expand its reach, elevate its brand presence and strengthen member connections across its California markets. Chang will also lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives designed to drive growth, deepen member loyalty and advance Wescom’s mission of building better lives for Californians. Chang brings more than two decades of marketing leadership experience in health care, utilities, consumer goods and retail. Most recently, he served as executive director of marketing at CVS Health. Prior to that, he served as director of marketing at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing national and California marketing efforts.
MIDWEST
The $446 million, Oswego, Ill.-based Earthmover Credit Union announced two promotions.
Todd Westmoreland was promoted to EVP of lending and collections. Westmoreland has been with Earthmover for nearly 36 years, during which time he has gained experience in lending as a loan officer, lending manager and operations manager. In his previous role as vice president of lending and collections, he was instrumental in expanding the availability of lending services to members. In his new role, Westmoreland’s main mission will be preparing the next generation of leaders at Earthmover.

Lisa Maratea was promoted to vice president of lending and collections. Maratea has been part of the Earthmover team for nearly 30 years, previously serving as real estate lending manager. She joined the credit union as a teller while in college, eventually entering lending as a consumer loan officer. In her new role, Maratea will take on greater responsibility in advancing innovative lending and collections initiatives, while fostering a collaborative team.

The $778 million, Baxter, Minn.-based Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union announced three promotions.
Danielle Addison was promoted to vice president of experience. Addison’s 20-year career with MMFCU has included roles that served and shaped the experience of members including teller, member services representative, Brainerd, Minn., branch manager, and most recently regional manager. In her new role, she now drives improvements based on member feedback and changing technology to ensure a consistent and high level of service no matter how a member manages their money at MMFCU.

Michelle Kuklok was promoted to vice president of mortgage. Kuklok joined MMFCU in 2020 as the mortgage sales manager. She has more than two decades of financial services experience and is earning a business management degree from Saint Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minn.

Nate Olson was promoted to vice president of sales strategy and business development. Olson has been with MMFCU for 22 years, during which time he has hired and coached dozens of staff into successful careers as the Brainerd branch manager, and most recently regional manager. In his new role, he is now driving new member growth and providing support for member-facing staff to confidently anticipate the members’ next need to help them in their financial well-being. Olson officiates high school football and basketball games, coaches youth football and baseball, and serves on the Brainerd Sports Boosters Board.
