Tracey Revere

The $383 million, Oceanside, N.Y.-based Ocean Financial Federal Credit Union (OFFCU) promoted Tracey Revere to business development relationship manager. Revere has been with OFFCU since 2016 and most recently served as a lending officer at the Oceanside and Seaford, N.Y., branches. In her new role, based in the Rockville Centre, N.Y., office, she will oversee the day-to-day operations and community partnerships at OFFCU’s onsite branch at Molloy University, while also leading development efforts at its newest location within Mercy Hospital in Rockville Centre. She will focus on expanding the credit union’s presence within these partner organizations by offering financial education, account services and lending support tailored to the needs of students, staff and medical professionals.

Bill Abanathie

Bill Abanathie, finance and accounting assistant vice president for the $25.4 million, Clayton, Mo.-based County Credit Union, was appointed to the Cornerstone League’s Small Credit Union Committee on Aug. 5. Abanathie has been with County CU since January 2025 and has 30 years of experience. The Small Credit Union Committee’s mission is to ensure first-hand insight into the needs of small credit unions across Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas, and give them an empowering voice. Within the committee, working teams exist to provide a concentrated focus in the areas of advocacy, education and engagement.

Angela Melle

Luminate, the professional trade association serving credit unions in Louisiana, announced three promotions.

Angela Melle was promoted to vice president of credit union engagement. Melle has 17 years of experience in the credit union movement, having begun her career as a teller and later working as a loan processor and gaining frontline experience in a call center before joining Luminate. She has been with Luminate for 10 years, serving most recently serving as senior director of communications and education. In her new role, Melle will expand her leadership to oversee Luminate’s Credit Union Success team, in addition to continuing to guide communications and education. This combined role will allow her to unite member-facing services under one vision, strengthening Luminate’s ability to support and empower credit unions across the state.

Anthony Ware II

Anthony Ware II was promoted to senior director of legislative advocacy. In his new role, he will lead the organization’s state and federal advocacy efforts. Ware has over 13 years of experience in the credit union movement, having begun his career as a part-time teller while still in high school at the $1.5 billion Red River Federal Credit Union in Texarkana, Texas. Following his service in the military, he joined Campus Federal Credit Union ($886 million, Baton Rouge, La.), where he advanced through a range of roles including teller, financial services representative, card services specialist, branch operations manager, and business and community development officer.

Danielle Thibodeaux

Danielle Thibodeaux was promoted to senior director of credit union success. Thibodeaux’s 27-year career in the credit union movement began at the credit union level, when she served in roles such as teller, vault teller, administrative assistant and BSA/IRA specialist. She later transitioned to the League, holding multiple positions over the years including compliance specialist, field representative and field supervisor. In her new role, Thibodeaux will oversee the Credit Union Success team, supporting Louisiana’s credit unions with the hands-on guidance, advocacy and resources needed to help them thrive in today’s evolving financial landscape.

Keith Morton

The NCUA announced that Keith Morton, regional director of its Southern region, retired at the end of August 2025 following nearly 40 years of service to the federal agency. Morton began his career in 1986 as a field examiner in Washington, D.C. He has served as the regional director in Austin, Texas since 2006, and for seven of those years, he also served as president of the NCUA’s Asset Management Assistance Center. Cory Phariss, president of the NCUA’s Asset Management Assistance Center, will also serve as acting regional director for the Southern Region until further notice.

HC3, a Birmingham, Ala.-based statement partner for banks and credit unions, announced two new hires and two promotions.
Andrew Fix was promoted to partnerships manager. He most recently served as business development manager. In his new role, Fix will focus on developing strategic partnerships and alliance relationships to expand HC3’s market reach. Before joining HC3 in 2023, Fix held roles at Finastra and FIS.

In his new role, Clark will focus on solution architecture and optimization for HC3’s growing client base, leveraging his expertise to help financial institutions maximize their operational efficiency. Prior to joining HC3 in 2021, Clark gained extensive project management experience from previous roles at Research Solutions Group and Gibson Energy.

Catherine Holden was hired as a business development manager. Holden brings extensive experience as a regional director specializing in consultative sales for financial institutions, having previously served as regional director at JMFA and in roles at Confluent Strategies and Wolf & Company.
