The $349 million, York, Pa.-based First Capital Federal Credit Union announced nine promotions.

Heather Dubbs was promoted to assistant vice president of consumer lending. Dubbs most recently served as contact center manager. She has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, having begun her career as a teller and progressively advanced through roles in lending, contact center operations and management.

Bobbie Ford was promoted to the newly-created position of assistant vice president of risk management and compliance. Ford has been with First Capital for the past five and a half years, serving as assistant vice president of member services. She has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, serving in both retail and operations positions throughout her career. Ford also serves as president of the Women’s Referral Exchange Network in York and as president of the Northeastern High School Baseball Boosters Club.

Joy Martin was promoted to assistant vice president of member services, replacing Bobbie Ford. She most recently served as branch manager of the credit union’s West York office. Martin has over a decade of experience in the credit union industry, and has been primarily focused on branch management. Over the years, she has received numerous awards for exceeding organizational goals and delivering outstanding experiences to First Capital’s members. She currently serves as secretary for the Red Lion-Dallastown Rotary Club and is a recent graduate of the 2023 Leadership Training Program in York.

Kimberly Rager was promoted to contact center manager. Rager most recently served as a floating universal member service specialist at First Capital.

The $2.8 billion, Rome, N.Y.-based AmeriCU Credit Union hired Nick Ludwig as the financial center manager for the Oneida, N.Y., financial center. Ludwig brings over 20 years of experience in retail management and sales.

The $2.6 billion, Birmingham, Ala.-based America’s First Credit Union (AmFirst) promoted Jennifer McNeil to vice president of human resources, effective Aug. 1. McNeil has been with AmFirst for 17 years, beginning her career as a float teller in the Downtown Birmingham location before joining the HR team in 2011. In her new role, she will oversee all HR functions, including training and development, emphasizing AmFirst’s ongoing commitment to professional growth and the employee pledge.

Kevin Miller, president/CEO for the $2.9 billion, Lake Mary, Fla.-based Addition Financial Credit Union, was named one of the 2025 Most Influential Leaders by the Orlando Business Journal. This annual recognition honors exceptional leaders across Central Florida who not only drive business success but also contribute significantly to their communities. Since becoming president/CEO of Addition Financial in 2017, Miller’s accomplishments have included overseeing a company rebrand, full-scale digital banking upgrade and merger agreement with Envision Credit Union. He also serves as chair of the Addition Financial Foundation, as well as on the boards of The League of Credit Unions and Affiliates and the UCF Foundation. Miller will join fellow honorees at the Most Influential Leaders ceremony on Oct. 23 at the Hilton Orlando.
