Darell Dickerson

The $1.6 billion, Pittsfield, Mass.-based Greylock Federal Credit Union announced two promotions.

Darell Dickerson was promoted to assistant vice president of administrative services. In his new role, Dickerson manages a team of administrative professionals, works with other Greylock leaders to recommend, develop and manage projects that help improve efficiency, serves as liaison to the Board of Directors to ensure timely communication flow and compliance, manages onboarding and orientation for new Board members and Supervisory committee members, manages the annual meeting process, and provides administrative support to the SVP/chief administrative officer and Senior Management Team. Dickerson joined Greylock in 2021, is a certified credit union financial coach and serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of the Berkshires, where he’s also an Amateur Athletic Union coach. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Shirley Petithory

Shirley Crandall Petithory was promoted to branch manager of the Kellogg Street branch in Pittsfield. In her new role, Petithory, who began her career with Greylock in 2010, manages a staff of eight and plays an active role in business development. Her key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, originating mortgage and home equity loans, overseeing branch compliance, originating and underwriting consumer loans, and maintaining a wide variety of member accounts. Petithory has 40 years of banking experience.

Nate Weyenberg

The $3 billion, Appleton, Wis.-based Fox Communities Credit Union announced one new hire and one promotion.

Nate Weyenberg was hired as a financial representative. In his new role, he facilitates and enhances investment services opportunities within the organization. Weyenberg is also responsible for performing account reviews, assisting with financial analysis for all locations, and completing requests to ensure the best possible experience for Fox members and clients. Previously, Weyenberg served as senior premier banking officer at BMO Bank. He brings over 20 years of experience with client relationship management in the financial services sector and holds a series of Investment licenses.

Megan Nagel

Megan Nagel was promoted to assistant vice president of learning and development. In her new role, Nagel is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the best learning and development experience by creating strong collaborative relationships that establish a line of sight to growth and development within Fox. Nagel joined Fox in 2013 and most recently served as director of learning and development. Before that, she held the title of training manager.

Nikki Kinnard

The $5.3 billion, Eau Claire, Wis.-based Royal Credit Union promoted Nikki Kinnard to training and development manager. In her new role, Kinnard is responsible for designing and implementing Royal’s learning strategies, while leading a dedicated team focused on enhancing team members’ skills and knowledge across the organization. Her team specializes in instructional design, eLearning, training facilitation and procedure development. Kinnard joined Royal in 2000 as an employee development coordinator. Over the years, she has held various roles including employee development specialist, organizational development advisor, instructional designer and organizational development supervisor.

Sharlene East

The $613 million, San Antonio, Texas-based Soarion Credit Union hired Sharlene East as CFO. East brings more than 22 years of experience in the financial industry, during which time she gained expertise in planning, financial oversight and risk management, while ensuring compliance and boosting profitability through innovative solutions and collaborative team efforts. Prior to joining Soarion, she served as EVP and COO for the $1 billion, Albuquerque, N.M.-based Kirtland Federal Credit Union. During her 22 years with Kirtland, she also served as CFO and interim CEO. In her new role, she will oversee the credit union’s overall financial strategies, marketing and operations. East is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in management and leadership from Webster University in Webster Groves, Mo.

Gaurav Agarwal

Happy Money, a Torrance, Calif.-based lending fintech serving credit unions, hired Gaurav Agarwal as chief credit officer. In his new role, Agarwal will spearhead Happy Money’s risk and analytics functions, driving strategic initiatives to optimize portfolio performance and align risk management efforts with overall business objectives. Agarwal brings decades of experience and expertise in credit policy, pricing, underwriting, balance sheet optimization, risk management and collections. Most recently, he served as chief credit officer at BlueChip Financial, and before that, he served as EVP and chief credit and analytics officer at Cognition Financial. Agarwal has also held leadership positions at Citizens Financial Group, Inc., Royal Bank of Scotland and Capital One Corporation.
