Dustney Pacheco

The $1.6 billion Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union promoted Dustney Pacheco to director of talent development. Pacheco has been with Northrop Grumman FCU for four years, during which time she and her team developed a robust training program and built a comprehensive procedures framework, among other things. In her new role, she will continue to lead the Training Team and the Procedures Department, overseeing ongoing initiatives while also exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation. Pacheco previously served at the $31 billion SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in Tustin, Calif., as learning and development specialist II from 2012-2016.

The $698 million, Manchester, N.H.-based Granite State Credit Union promoted Bill House to SVP of technology. House joined the credit union’s information technology team in 2007, bringing an extensive background in the industry.

The $3.3 billion, Pawtucket, R.I.-based Coastal1 Credit Union announced two new hires and one promotion.

Ken Fredriksen

Ken Fredriksen was hired as SVP/CFO. In his new role, he will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s financial stability while implementing comprehensive strategies and initiatives that drive the credit union’s sustained growth and success. Fredriksen brings over 20 years of experience in finance, specializing in strategic planning, asset liability management, investment portfolio management, analysis and forecasting. He previously served at HSBC in New York, First Financial Federal Credit Union ($180 million, Freehold, N.J.) and Trumark Financial Credit Union ($3.3 billion, Fort Washington, Pa.).

Kathie Corrigan

Kathie Corrigan was promoted to SVP/controller. In her new role, she has overall responsibility for the financial function of the credit union including regulatory reporting. Corrigan has been with Coastal1 for over 23 years, most recently serving as SVP/internal audit. She has served in multiple roles across the credit union and was instrumental in leading Asset Liability Management. Corrigan holds an MBA from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell, as well as certifications in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors and as a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Credit Union Internal Auditor and Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor.

James Noonan

James Noonan was hired as vice president/asset liability portfolio manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing the development of programs and models that monitor risk and liquidity, interest rates, capital stress testing and profitability. Noonan brings over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, having most recently served as vice president/finance at Sharon Crescent United Credit Union ($1.2 million, Sharon, Mass.). He is a CUNA Certified Credit Union Executive, and has taught traditional Irish music at Boston College for 20 years in addition to performing in the greater Boston area.

MIDWEST


Bryant Kazik

The $3.1 billion, Appleton, Wis.-based Fox Communities Credit Union announced two promotions.

Bryant Kazik was promoted to vice president of commercial credit. In his new role, Kazik will support the continued growth of Fox’s business lending, allowing the credit union to make a profound impact on the community and business leaders. He will focus on growing and developing a team of credit analysts and the services Fox offers to business partners. Kazik joined Fox in 2009. Most recently, he served as assistant vice president of commercial post close and servicing. Before that, he held the title of assistant vice president of business services.

Kate Nelson

Kate Nelson was promoted to vice president of commercial operations. In her new role, Nelson will bring together the pre-closing and post-closing teams to create a dynamic lending operations union. Nelson joined Fox in 2014. Most recently, she served as assistant vice president of commercial loan processing. Before that, she held the title of director of loan servicing.

Brad Babin

The $604 million, Tampa, Fla.-based Floridacentral Credit Union hired Brad Babin as SVP of IT, chief information officer. Babin brings over 25 years of information technology experience and has worked in the financial sector for 16 of those years. He has worked at financial institutions of all sizes, from $125 million in assets to over $6 billion. In his new role, he will help navigate Floridacentral into a new generation of technology and growth to better serve its members. Babin holds a certification in Business Continuity and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Stephanie Stout

Greater Texas|Aggieland Credit Union ($932 million, Austin, Texas) promoted Stephanie Stout to the newly-created position of SVP of member experience. Stout joined the credit union in 2021, during which time she leveraged data and technology to strengthen member relations and deliver top-tier service within the member contact center. In her new role, she will focus on creating deeper member connections and increasing engagement of product usage across all touchpoints within the credit union. She’ll also be responsible for driving process improvements and strategies to create seamless interactions that enhance member satisfaction and loyalty. Stout is a board member of the Parents, Teachers, and Friends Board of Brentwood Christian School and serves as an ambassador for the University of Texas at San Antonio’s online program.
