Robert Bowie The $2.4 billion, Suitland, Md.-based Andrews Federal Credit Union announced three board elections.
Robert Bowie was re-elected to another three-year term on the board as a director. Bowie is a special assistant to the director Air National Guard for the assistant secretary of Air Force Installations, Environment, and Energy (SAF/IE), Headquarters Air Force at the Pentagon.
Derald Emory was re-elected to another three-year term on the board as a director. Emory is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and a retired principal from the Washington, D.C., consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton.
Derald Emory L. Dail Turner was re-elected to another three-year term on the board as a director. Turner is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, retired Wall Street investment manager and owner/operator of Muddy Hope Farms.

Jennifer McIntyre The $1.3 billion, Papillion, Neb.-based Cobalt Credit Union hired Jennifer McIntyre as vice president of business intelligence. McIntyre brings over 23 years of experience in project management, treasury management, internal and external customer service, training and mentoring. Most recently, she served as a director of deposit operations at a Kentucky-based credit union. In her new role, McIntyre will serve on Cobalt's leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping and driving the strategic business intelligence initiatives within the organization, with the primary responsibility of overseeing the development, implementation and management of business intelligence programs.
Cole Brandon The $2.1 billion Consumers Credit Union in Kalamazoo, Mich., hired Cole Brandon as a CUSO Financial Services financial advisor. In his new role, Brandon will assist Consumers' members in making wise investment decisions and plans in support of their financial goals. He brings previous experience serving members of the credit union's local communities, and holds Series 7 and 66 financial licenses.

Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union ($1.3 billion, Columbia, S.C.) announced a board appointment and a promotion.
Don Horton Don Horton was elected treasurer by the board of directors during their July meeting. He has been a member of Palmetto Citizens since 2008 and previously served on the supervisory committee beginning in 2015 until joining the board of directors in 2021. Horton devoted his entire career to public school education, starting as a teacher in the North Kansas City Public School District. After receiving a master's degree in school administration, he served as an assistant principal for many years before becoming a middle school principal for 13 years prior to his retirement. During his time in Kansas City, Horton became active in the credit union movement and was elected to the supervisory committee of Midwest United Credit Union (now the $4.6 billion, Lenexa, Kan.-based CommunityAmerica Credit Union). He served on this committee for nine years, holding the position of chairman for eight years until moving to the board of directors from 2005 to 2006.
Robert Terrell Robert Terrell was promoted to chief lending officer. Terrell has over 31 years of experience in the financial services industry, including nearly 20 years with Palmetto Citizens. He first served as manager of the Millwood Avenue office in Columbia and has held the position of SVP of loan administration since 2006. In his new role, Terrell oversees Palmetto Citizens' $734 million loan portfolio as well as a variety of key areas within the credit union, including loan administration, mortgages, commercial lending and collections. Along with other members of Palmetto Citizens' senior leadership team, he will also help set strategic focuses and initiatives for the credit union to better assist its members and the communities it serves.
