John Ahdunko The $1 billion Greater Nevada Credit Union in Carson City, Nev., promoted John Ahdunko to vice president of business development. Ahdunko has two decades of experience developing and leading teams in multiple markets of the financial industry. For the last four years, Ahdunko served as a regional sales manager for Greater Nevada, when he was responsible for strategizing and achieving branch and corporate initiatives across the credit union's branch network while overseeing seven locations. Before joining Greater Nevada, Ahdunko served as a sales and performance manager, branch manager and branch relationship manager at various credit unions and banks in northern Nevada and Oklahoma.
Tom Ausdenmoore The $4.8 billion Redwood Credit Union in Santa Rosa, Calif., hired Tom Ausdenmoore as the general manager of RCU Auto Services – part of a wholly-owned RCU subsidiary that sells pre-owned vehicles and offers auto brokering services to consumers. As general manager, Ausdenmoore will provide car buyers a personalized, stress-free experience. Ausdenmoore is certified as a master technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Prior to joining RCU, he served six years as pre-owned director for a prominent Santa Rosa auto dealership group.

Priscilla Parker The $4.1 billion Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell, N.Y., announced Priscilla Parker as the newest member of its Medicare team. Parker recently received her insurance designations in life, accident and health, and also holds her AHIP Certification for Medicare. She is a veteran in the financial services industry, a licensed Medicare agent and will provide trusted insurance guidance to the Rochester, N.Y., community.

Richard Fairley The $654 million Freedom First Credit Union in Roanoke, Va., promoted Richard Fairley to business intelligence manager and founding leader of the new business intelligence division. Fairley has been with Freedom First since 2014 when he began as an accounting clerk. After one year in the accounting department, he transitioned into finance where he has most recently been leading the department as finance manager.
The $821 million Marine Credit Union in La Crosse, Wis., announced several additions to its leadership team.
Adam Keer Adam Keer was promoted to chief experience officer, a new role at the credit union. The new position will allow Marine to continue improving and investing in better experiences for its members and employees. Keer began his career at Marine in 2003 as an intern. After rotating through numerous roles within the credit union, he became COO in 2014.
Katie Tolokken was promoted to COO. Tolokken will oversee Marine's loan operations, deposit operations and facilities.
Katie Tolokken These teams will continue streamlining processes for employees and members, and improving efficiency and experiences for all stakeholders. She joined Marine in 2000 and advanced to SVP of corporate operations in 2016.
Jamee Mangold was hired as SVP and regional manager, overseeing Marine's offices on the east side of Wisconsin.
Jamee Mangold He spent the past 16 years in sales leadership at Wells Fargo, most recently as the vice president and commercial banking manager for Northeast Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
Derek Hebrink was been hired as director of digital systems and customer experience. He joins Marine from Kaplan Professional, where he served as director of business systems and strategy.
Derek Hebrink Hebrink has a decade of experience in implementation and support of business systems and will be responsible for the Salesforce platform and associated business solutions.
AGENCIES
The NCUA appointed two new employees to its senior leadership team.
Gisele Roget Gisele Roget was named deputy chief of staff. In this role, she will also oversee the office of external affairs and communications, and lead the agency's communications and congressional affairs initiatives. Roget joins the NCUA from the Federal Housing Administration, where she has served as deputy assistant secretary for Single Family Housing since July 2017. In this role, she managed a 750-person organization charged with implementing the federal government's primary mortgage program for low- to moderate-income borrowers.
Evann Berry Evann Berry was named senior advisor to the chairman for communications and engagement. In this role, she will serve as the chairman's media spokesperson and liaison with the credit union industry and other related stakeholders. Berry joins the NCUA from the office of Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.), where she served as deputy communications director and policy advisor. She previously served as a legislative aide to former Senator Thad Cochran (R-Miss.).
