The NCUA Board plans to hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. Friday to discuss supervisory activities.
As is typical, the agency isn't disclosing the nature of the action or the financial institution involved.
It will be the board's first meeting of 2012. Its regularly monthly meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Jan. 26.
