On the Woodbridge, Va.-based credit union's website (www.belvoircreditunion.org), the Live Chat, powered by SightMax, is designed to offer more member value. With convenience as a top consumer concern, the new feature can help staffers answer member and nonmember questions quickly and more efficiently.
