Credit union staff members and volunteers interested in learning about some of the best practices in online services can attend a May 5 Webinar sponsored by the NCUA and the CUNA Technology Council.
At the event, participants will learn about what some credit unions are doing in areas such as collaboration, remote deposit capture, channel normalization, image capture and settlement.
In addition, there will be a discussion of areas where credit unions are beginning to offer increased services, such as personal financial management, mobile banking, user interface, and social media.
