Credit unions that want additional information on relevant sections of the Federal Reserve's proposed rules for implementing additional provisions of the Credit CARD Act can access a breakdown of provisions of the rules at NAFCU's Compliance Blog.
The blog, has broken down the proposed rules, which have a one-month comment period and are scheduled to take effect next February 22, into 25 sections and provided links to the relevant section of the Fed's proposal, which was approved last Tuesday.
