CO-OP Financial Services has announced an upgrade to one of its products that, it says, credit unions can use to maximize their ATM and debit card revenue.
Credit unions earn revenue from ATM transactions and point-of-sale transactions where cardholders use personal identification numbers to validate their debit card purchases. What many credit unions don't realize, however, is that they can maximize their debit card and ATM revenue by review which ATM and debit network brings them the most money.
Usage Analytics Plus, an upgrade to the CO-OP Revelation program, will help credit unions perform the analysis of their debit and ATM programs that will reveal the debit and ATM networks that offer them the best deal.
"In today's highly competitive environment, credit unions need tools that help them quickly see how members use their debit cards," said Stan Hollen, president/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services. "With Revelation's new module, credit unions can offer incentives and initiatives that best serve members and, as a result, deepen relationships."
