MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Share One Inc. will be converting SEMC Federal Credit Union of Edgewood, Ky., to the Memphis-based CUSO's NewSolutions core processing platform.

Bennie Hoppius, president/CEO of the $20 million credit union, cited functionality issues such as having a Windows-based operating system and ability to extract reports for targeted marketing as reasons for changing from its current legacy system.

Share One now serves more than 60 credit unions. SEMC (www.semc-fcu.org) currently runs on a core system from R.C. Olmstead Inc. of Dublin, Ohio, according to the credit union's 5300 Call Report.
