VISTA, Calif. — Check 21 and document management specialist Bluepoint Solutions Inc. has acquired Avalon International, a provider of .Net technology for image payment and advanced item processing.
Avalon International (www.avalonintl.com), based in the Atlanta suburb of Norcross, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bluepoint Solutions (www.bluepointsolutions.com), which currently serves more than 750 credit unions.
Purchase terms were not disclosed.
