Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, Albany, N.Y., announced the hiring of Liz Yezzi as its new marketing manager. Yezzi has 21 years of experience in advertising and marketing communications and will oversee all marketing activities and serve as a liaison to developing branding efforts. Also, Gary Bliss was promoted from credit risk/lending manager to director of lending operations. Bliss has been an employee at Capital Communications FCU for 18 years. Joan Flanigan was promoted to Regional Branch Manager from branch manager of the Latham branch. Flanigan has been an employee at Capital Communications FCU for 19 years. Mary Beth Webster was promoted to regional branch manager from branch manager of the Clifton park branch. Webster has been at Capital Communications FCU for seven years.

TruMark Financial Credit Union, Trevose, Pa., announced that Daniel Dillard has been appointed to its Board of Directors. Dillard has served as a chairperson of TruMark Financial's supervisory committee since March 2002.

Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union, Lowell, Mass., announced that Norma Brennan has been hired as assistant vice president mortgage processing manager. Brennan has over 30 years banking experience in the loan and mortgage industry. Also, Penelope Swallow has been hired as vice president financial analysis.

SOUTH

Security Service Federal Credit Union, San Antonio, announced that Ronnette Pittman has been selected as the manager of the 410/Bandera location. Pittman was previously the manager of the 281 North Service Center. Pittman has been an employee at Security Service FCU for eight years. Also, Kristin Popowich has been promoted to manager of the Highway 90 Service Center. Popowich previously managed to the Bandera/410 location. Popowich has been an employee at Security Service FCU since 1994.

Truliant Federal Credit Union, Winston-Salem, N.C., announced the hiring of Rik Kielbasa was the vice president of its member contact center. Kielbasa has more than 11 years of financial services experience.

Alabama Telco Credit Union, Birmingham, Ala., announced three recent promotions. Kim Murdoch was promoted from vice president of operations to senior vice president of operations. Murdoch has been an employee at Alabama Telco CU since 1993. Shannon Porter was promoted to real estate and central lending manager. Porter has been employed at Alabama Telco CU for over nine years and has held positions as a teller, loan officers, and call center manager. Monica Peterson was promoted to call center operations supervisor. Peterson has been employed at Alabama Telco CU since 2006 and has served as a call center representative.

MIDWEST

TopLine Federal Credit Union, Maple Grove, Minn., announced that Katie Pitman has been promoted to senior vice president, strategic markets, from vice president, core business strategies and sales. Pitman has been an employee at TopLine FCU for 13 years. Also, Mick Olson has been promoted to senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Olson joined TopLine FCU in 2006 as a vice president.

Great Wisconsin Credit Union, Madison, Wis., announced that Brian O'Handley has been named real estate loan originator. O'Handley has eight years of financial experience with emphasis on home mortgage and real estate lending.

WEST

Oregonians Credit Union, Portland, Ore., announced that President/CEO Michael Cline has retired. Cline has led Oregonians CU since 2005 when the credit union was created with the merger of three credit unions. Cline is a 39-year veteran of financial institutions. Executive Vice President Chuck Garner was named the new president/CEO.

Numerica Credit Union, Spokane, Wash., announced the hiring of Kelly Dowland as the branch manager of the University City branch. Dowland worked in both the mortgage and banking industries before coming to Numerica CU.
