ATLANTA — VSoft Corp. said it now serves more than half of the corporate credit union market with the addition of Corporate America Credit Union to its client list.
The Alabama-based corporate (www.corpam.org) will be implementing Atlanta-based VSoft's full suite of remote capture solutions as well as image exchange, archive and research software, the company said.
The solutions will allow member credit unions to capture check images at teller windows and behind the counter, sending them electronically for processing and eliminating courier costs.
"By incorporating the full suite of remote capture solutions into our processes, we foresee an improvement in our processing as well as the quality of service we provide our members," said Thomas Bonds, president/CEO at Corporate America.
"VSoft's solutions are designed with a multi-institution architecture from the outset. This [scalability] has allowed us to dominate the credit union market, serving 16 out of 28 processors serving credit unions throughout the U.S," said Vijay Balakrishnan, chief operating officer for VSoft (www.vsoftcorp.com), which said it now has 1,700 financial institution clients worldwide.
