VALLEJO, Calif. — 1st Pacific Credit Union has promoted Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer Tim Barnes to CEO.
Barnes fills the spot left when the credit union's longtime CEO Larry Tierney retired.
Barnes, a 30-year veteran of the financial services industry with a background in finance, audit and commercial lending, has been a credit union CFO for 13 years; eight which at 1st Pacific. Prior to joining 1st Pacific CU he served as CFO at Embarcadero Federal Credit Union in San Francisco.
