High Tech Age Brings Electronic Services VP to Bay Federal
CAPITOLA, Calif. — Bay Federal Credit Union recently promoted Diane Lipska, current Card Services manager, to vice president of electronic services.
"Ms. Lipska has been promoted to oversee initiatives to enhance our member's electronic experience," said Cameron Haste, executive vice president and COO. "She will be expanding the Credit Union's card portfolio and will work to improve functionality of electronic delivery systems such as internet banking and bill pay services. Importantly, these improvements will be driven by member behavior data, and will be benchmarked against other leading financial institution and e-commerce sites."
Lipska has worked at Bay Federal for nearly four years as the Card Services manager and previously served as vice president of ATM and Bankcard Services at Greater Bay Bancorp.
"This is a very exciting time in Bay Federal's history, as we work to raise the bar in electronic services for our members. We are dedicated to providing the best possible service for all of our members, and we can continue to achieve this goal through improved electronic delivery systems," said Lipska of her promotion.
Bay Federal Credit Union serves over 57,000 members and has over $550 million in assets.
