ELKRIDGE, Md. — CRI Systems, Inc. Affiliates, CRI Canada Inc. and Canadian Premier Holdings, Ltd., have signed an agreement to acquire Selient Inc.
With this acquisition, CRI Systems and CRI Canada will expand their credit union presence as providers of loan origination technology.
Once the acquisition is finalized, CRI Systems and CRI Canada will benefit from expanded operations and technology solutions from Selient to include their ProLender?,,?, ProLender Business Edition?,,?, and Decision Assistant?,,?.
