Beach explained the rules as they apply to shared branching and who is obligated to complete Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, and who is charged with keeping records. He offered this tip: when completing these forms, do not write “I don't know.” (Use unavailable or unknown instead.)
