Barrett Burns, president and CEO of VantageScoreSolutions did a breakout on Vantage Score, a new scoring model that allows lenders to score more consumers more accurately and consistently, according to the company. It was developed by the three major credit-reporting companies in response to demand. It's especially effective with the underserved market, as it delivers a score even when accounts are old and files (credit information) are thin, he said.
