PORTSMOUTH, N.H. — SilverCloud Software says it has signed four new users of its knowledge-management system.

They are $893 million State Department FCU in Alexandria, Va., $847 million HawaiiUSA FCU in Honolulu, $614 million Empower FCU in Syracuse, N.Y., and $488 million Putnam Savings Bank in Putnam, Conn., the company says.

The company says $174 million South Western Credit Union in La Habra, Calif. has opted to expand its current deployment of SilverCloud Software.

SilverCloud (www.silvercloudsoftware.com), which was originally launched in cooperation with a group of about 20 credit unions, now provides knowledge-management software to more than 150 financial institutions, totaling more than $80

billion in assets and 8 million end users.
