ONTARIO, Calif. — CO-OP Financial Services has hired a new manager to help it continue its expansion into the Pacific Northwest.
CO-OP said Mary Nyman will focus on growth and member retention in Washington State and Oregon and provide technical, product and client support for their growing member base.
"It's important to CO-OP that we have an experienced leader who is supportive, technical and takes initiative," said Eric Porter, an executive vice president with CO-OP Financial Services. "Mary has an impressive proven track record in the financial services industry in creating new business opportunities and will be essential to our advancement throughout the Pacific Northwest."
CO-OP boasts nearly 2,000 member credit unions across the country and 136 in Oregon and Washington State.
"I've spent the last 15 years focusing on providing innovative solutions to credit unions, so that they can supply higher quality and more personalized service to their members," Nyman said. "With CO-OP's extensive product offerings I look forward to offering even greater flexibility and success to member credit unions, while creating a strong, long-term working relationship."
