Gene Pelham, executive vice president and future CEO of Rogue Federal Credit Union, Ashland, Ore., was recently awarded the Universidad De Guanajuato Award for Outstanding Graduate Student by Southern Oregon University. Pelham graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 4.0 grade point average, receiving his master's in management.
