AUSTIN, Texas - Teres Solutions is now providing direct and indirect lending software services to nearly 80 credit unions and other financial institutions after adding more than 30 credit unions in a deal with FLS Services Inc. FLS Services has been providing indirect lending services since 1994. The deal calls for FLS to standardize its Web-hosted software offerings on the Software Application for Integrated Lending (SAIL) platform, adding more than $50 million a month in monthly loan volume to Teres Solutions operations. The SAIL platforms allow credit unions to provide indirect lending services in an ASP environment, lessening IT costs by providing a hosted environment for software that reviews loan applications, requests and reviews credit reports, enters data into core systems, makes lending decisions and responds to dealers and members, says Texas-based Teres Solutions, founded in 2002.
