Virginia Credit Union League Endorses Deluxe Financial Services

ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Virginia Credit Union League, representing 229 credit unions and more than three million members, has endorsed Deluxe Financial Services, a business unit of Deluxe Corp. As part of the new agreement, League-affiliated CUs will benefit from research and consumer insight services from the Deluxe Knowledge Exchange Series which is a forum for financial institutions to network and share information on business challenges they're facing. The Knowledge Exchange Series includes regional expos, The Deluxe Knowledge Quarterly publication and a Web site, http://knowledgeexchange. deluxe.com. It also features the Knowledge Exchange Collaborative, a unique partnership of financial institution leaders. Last year the group explored methods for improving member experiences and shared their findings with their peers. Deluxe Financial Services President Chuck Feltz said, "The strongest way for credit unions to achieve member satisfaction and growth is to develop a comprehensive understanding of what consumers want and then deliver it." In addition to these resources, Deluxe will provide check printing and turnkey solutions to VACUL credit unions.
