Eastman CU Launches Neil Danehy Memorial Disaster Relief Fund

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Eastman Credit Union has created the Neil Danehy Memorial Disaster Relief Fund to support American Red Cross efforts. "This fund has been established in honor of our friend and co-worker, Neil Danehy, who passed away earlier this year," said ECU President/CEO Olan O. Jones, Jr. "We feel this is particularly appropriate relative to Neil's long term support and involvement with American Red Cross. I am proud that this fund will be tied to disaster assistance both locally and nationally, including the disaster recovery efforts related to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita." So $40,000 has been donated to the American Red Cross.
