LATHAM, N.Y. – Filene Research Institute's Bob Hoel, executive director, will be the keynote speaker at the New York State Credit Union League's first CEO/Manager Roundtable for affiliated CUs with less than $50 million in assets. The full-day event will be held Oct. 27 at the Courtyard by Marriott in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Hoel will introduce specifics from findings published in various special reports and research documents, as well as leverage his years of research and expertise in the field to show how to best position and manage credit unions. His keynote will also provide for an open discussion on the common challenges unique to small-to-mid size CUs and offer potential solutions and implementation options. NYSCUL President/CEO William Mellin said the meeting “will present a unique occasion to discuss key issues and important opportunities vital for the CEOs of this segment of the credit union community to lead their institutions into the future.”
