WASHINGTON-House Financial Services Committee Chairman Mike Oxley (R-Ohio) recently announced that Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan will deliver his semiannual report on monetary policy July 20. The conduct of monetary policy is a key component of the committee's jurisdiction. Members receive a report twice a year and are provided the opportunity to ask the Fed chairman questions about that or other issues.
