DENVER – SunCorp is the latest corporate to get into the participation business online. The corporate now has a secure Web site dedicated exclusively to loan participations for members and non-members of SunCorp. It can be accessed via its home page, www.suncorp.coop. The participations page allows for viewing, posting, bidding and selling of loans. Interested parties have to log in to participate. SunCorp emphasized that its participation program is not just online. "We provide personal assistance throughout the process. For those interested in purchasing, we'll help them find the proper loan that fits their needs. We'll also guide individuals throughout the entire life of the loan and provide standard documentation and reports to help keep track of the loans and to stay in compliance," said SunCorp VP of Risk Management Jo-Nell Herndon.
