OLYMPIA, Wash. – Washington State Employees Credit Union President/CEO Kevin Foster-Keddie helps kick off the credit union's new Yakima branch by handing out "Dough-on-the-Go". Foster-Keddie donned a chef's hat and greeted every member who used the branch's drive-up window with a bag of donuts to promote the new feature.
