CHICAGO – Las Vegas-based Nevada Federal Credit Union has been presented the 2003 HR Service Excellence Award from employee survey provider HR Solutions, Inc. Winners are selected based on the overall results of an HR Service Excellence survey conducted by some 812 participating organizations. The survey allowed the employees to rate their HR department on 40 separate items about the department's employee relations, service orientation, communication, professional knowledge and overall performance.
