Five CUs Commit to Prime Alliance Private Placement Offering

TUKWILA, Wash. – Three months after it distributed its first Private Placement Memorandum, Prime Alliance Solutions has received commitments from five credit unions to become part owners of Boeing Employees' CU's wholly-owned CUSO Prime Alliance Solutions.
