GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. has landed another big credit union for its core processing services, signing on $1.5 billion Bethpage FCU on Long Island. It will be the largest technology conversion in New York credit union history, the company says, and comes on the heels of OSI's core processing conversion at $4.5 billion Boeing Employees Credit Union, billed as the industry's largest such changeover. OSI will provide retail transaction, consumer loan servicing and integration strategy services to Bethpage FCU. Kirk Kordeleski, president/CEO of the 115,000-member CU, says the conversion should be complete by November.
