GLASTONBURY, Conn. – Open Solutions Inc. has released a new version of its Internet banking and cash management solution. E-statement delivery and retrieval, forgotten password support, customer sign-on ID selection and positive pay file delivery are some of the new features of e-Commerce Banker Version 4.5, the company says. "The focus of this release was more self-service capability for the end-users, cost reduction for the institutions and, of course, more cash management functionality," says Dave Mitchell, e-Solutions vice president and general manager for OSI. Currently, more than 100 banks and credit unions are using e-Commerce Banker, OSI says.
