TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Credit Union 24 President James Park says that for the past five years there have always been bids for the second largest credit union EFT network. "Since this past year we've received an extraordinary amount of bids our board felt it was part of its obligation to review all options and put in place a formal evaluation of offers," said Park. CO-OP Network, the nation's largest credit union EFT network, has made no secret that it has tossed its name into the ring to possibly merge with Credit Union 24. According to Park, the board has set a deadline of July 2 to make a final decision regarding future plans.
