RICHMOND, Va. – County of Henrico FCU has become the first credit union in the Richmond, Va. area to be approved by NCUA for a community charter. Membership in the $50 million credit union is now open to any person in Henrico County, Va, as well as businesses and other legal entities located there. County of Henrico FCU currently has more than 13,000 members.
