SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Novar plc, the parent company of Clarke American Checks is still looking for a buyer for its U.S. check printing business. According to LetsDeal, the second round bidding deadline will probably be in mid- to late-May. More than 20 interested parties made first-round non-binding bids. The purchase price is expected to fall between $660 million and $840 million.
