Ticonderoga Federal Credit Union, regretfully announced the recent passing of President/CEO Edward Joseph LaRock. Described by many as an extraordinary visionary and dedicated leader LaRock also served many years on the Empire Corporate FCU supervisory committee. LaRock was 64 years old.
