CUNA's affiliated leagues are mapped in the Task Force's report. Despite the Task Force recommending that member credit unions be allowed to join their leagues independently of CUNA, the CUNA board voted to retain the existing dual membership structure.

Despite a final recommendation by the CUNA System Structure and Governance Task Force to offer credit unions membership choice in CUNA and/or a league, the CUNA board of directors said Friday it voted to preserve the current dual membership requirement.
