The $357 million Securityplus Federal Credit Union in Baltimore shredded documents for more than 300 community members in only three hours at a recent free Community Shred Day. The documents included old financial forms, checkbooks and other personal documents. The event also included handing out information packets on preventing identity theft and collecting more than 200 pounds of non-perishable food items for the Maryland Food Bank.
