Joining in the tornado relief effort, the $968 million Centra Credit Union of Columbus, Ind., said Thursday it is offering cut-rate emergency loans and financial assistance to victims of last Friday’s devastating storms which flattened several southern Indiana communities. In Indiana and Kentucky alone the storms cost 34 lives and millions in property damage.
