Computer Marketing Corp. said it is bolstering the training service it offers via webinar to its approximately 300 credit unions running on its FLEX core processing system.

The GoToWebinar solution is being used to offer multiple topics each month and include self-enrollment and unlimited attendance, the Sandy, Utah, company said.

Topics are determined in response to client needs and range from basic training to marketing support to accounting and lending regulations, said Kristy Ellis, ongoing training manager and webinar host for FLEX.

"Although FLEX engineers work continually to make our core processing system end-user friendly, we find that ongoing training is critical for our credit unions to stay current and up to date on our fully integrated system and on industry regulations," Ellis said.

The FLEX platform is now in use at nearly 300 credit unions across the United States and the Eastern Caribbean, the company said.
