CO-OP Financial Services has rolled out an innovation that the payments CUSO says will allow CUs to more easily control their ATM networks remotely.
The new product, dubbed CO-OP ATM Visual Control, provides multivendor device support to seamlessly manage a credit union's ATM fleet with one Web-based application.
This saves the institution time and money because they don't have to buy and maintain multiple software packages, which is typically the case even if the credit union has only one ATM vendor.
"CO-OP is a leader in ATM processing for credit unions," said Stan Hollen, president/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services. "By adding CO-OP ATM Visual Control, our clients can leverage the most visible extension of a credit union's brand, the ATM. By allowing credit unions to remotely update ATM graphics and messages, we're providing our clients a much quicker and very cost effective way to brand their marketing campaigns and leverage this important sales channel."
The innovations permit credit unions to remotely manage marketing messages, including content and graphics daily or seasonally as the need arises.
These messages can be used to cross sell products and services.
